Find ice bathing groups near you in Eisbaden Map

Here you will find all the ice bathing locations and groups in the entire roof region. If you have an ists of Üben, enter it here by clicking on the plus sign below. You have to register briefly to post a group location.

It is best to add as much content as possible to make more ice bathers: to draw attention to your group inside. This also includes a picture and a description with the date and time for which you usually meet. We are also happy to help you network with each other.
