How does shipping to Switzerland work?

We do not deliver directly to Switzerland. For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend that you use the service of mein-auf.ch or Eurogoods.ch. You can find all information at MeinEinkauf.ch or Eurogoods.ch. All customs formalities and the delivery to your front door will then take over for a small fee. You will receive your goods quickly, ready to remove and cheap.

Can Cold Plunge .de contact trainers or provide instructions on the Cold Plunge ?

We have a large network of cold plunge professionals from different regions in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. We are also happy to answer general questions about Cold Plunge or ice swimming and actively support when walking into the ice -cold water.

We have put together a product range that focuses on the essential needs of cold plunger N. In the online shop you will find various tubs, barrels and tons for Cold Plunge with which you can practice Cold Plunge at home. For the warm months you can get a so -called chiller for your bin, which quickly and complicated down to a few degrees. We sell products from cold plunger n to cold plunger . Each of our products in the online shop was checked by our team before being included in the range and found to be suitable. In some of our tons we bathed ourselves, measured the water temperature with our thermometer and worn our neopan socks and gloves on the Cold Plunge .

Where are the products made?

We work with carefully selected suppliers with many years of experience from Germany, the EU and Asia. It is in our interest to support regional producers and whenever possible, we opt for manufacturers from German -speaking space. 

Is there a minimum order value?

No, we have no minimum order value. We look forward to every order alike.

Which countries do you deliver?

We send goods to Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

What are the shipping costs?

The amount of the shipping costs depends on the ordered goods and the recipient country. The product -specific shipping costs are displayed on the product pages, in the shopping cart and on the order page. In general, we try to make your shipping costs as low and efficiently as possible or to leave it away completely. For several products, the price of the goods is always used, which has the higher shipping costs, for all other products there is no longer any separate shipping costs.

What are the payment methods?

Payment is made in advance and we offer numerous payment methods. The amount can be paid by transfer, Giropay, Sofortüberweisung, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or by credit or debit card.

How long does the delivery take?

We usually send most of the products within 3 working days after receipt of payment. However, the delivery time for certain products is a few weeks. If the delivery is delayed for any reason, we will contact you.

Can I return the ordered goods?

You can revoke your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without justification. Please note, however, that we can only withdraw the goods for hygienic reasons if you do not use them and in no way associated with water.

To exercise your right of cancellation, it is best to write us a short email to service [at] cold plunge .de. Then we confirm the entrance of your revocation.

Who pays the costs for the return?

The buyer bears the costs of returning the goods. Please make sure that your return is sufficiently franked. Unfortunately, we have to invoice the buyer costs for unfree sent packages.

When will the money be refunded for the return?

We will refund your payment including the delivery costs (but not your return costs) within 14 days of receipt of your cancellation. For this repayment we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction.
