How long and how cold should an ice rink be?

First of all, it is important to note: Cold Plunge is not a competition! You don't have to measure your time or water temperature to increase each time. Even a relatively low cold can have a positive effect, which has shown studies on the subject of cold showers.

How many minutes you should stay in the ice pool depends on your experience, cold resistance and of course the water temperature. This means that at 5 degrees cold water you would not stay in the water for more than 5 minutes. By the way: to benefit from the full cold effect, it is enough for 2-3 minutes at 5 degrees!
