Do you regularly go ice bathing but want to go even deeper? And take it to a new level? Healthwise, mentally, physically? No problem, we have the right mix of information for you. What you can expect in this course:

• Ice bathing basics wrap up: everything from the basic course summarized – preparation, safety, duration, temperature, warm-up, benefits – approx. 15 minutes
• Breathing technique for ice bathing (you will learn Tummo / Wim-Hof breathing) – approx. 10 minutes
• Cold in sports – cryosauna and alternating baths for muscle regeneration and performance optimization – approx. 5 minutes
• Biohacking – Get out of your comfort zone and learn some essential basics of biohacking – approx. 10 minutes

In this 40-minute advanced course, you will learn everything you need to know about your ice bath from an experienced trainer.

Procedure

1. As soon as you have booked, we will contact you with a few suggested dates and a trainer.
2. You will then receive an online invitation to the training course
3. The training is individual for you 1:1 with your trainer, prepare yourself and then ask them in training
4. The session takes place online, so you will need a smartphone or PC to take part
