Ice bathing training for beginners

You rarely go ice swimming or have never done it before and would like a little more guidance to get you into the cold water? We bet you have a lot of questions about the right temperature and duration. How should you prepare? And what actually happens to your body during ice bathing? What are the health benefits and what do you need to watch out for?

In this 15-minute mini course, an experienced ice bather with several years of experience will show you the best way to get started and what you should look out for.

Procedure

As soon as you have booked, we will contact you with a few suggested dates and a trainer.
You will then receive an online invitation to the training course
The training is individual for you 1:1 with your trainer, feel free to prepare yourself and ask questions at the end
The session takes place online, so you will need a smartphone or PC to take part
