• Ice bathing basics + advanced wrap up – (approx. 15 minutes)
• Advanced breathing techniques for ice bathing (approx. 15 minutes)
• Biohacking Pro (approx. 15 minutes)
• Mental Resilience – Mind over Body (approx. 15 minutes)

In this 60-minute advanced course you will learn from an experienced trainer how best to work with

Procedure

1. As soon as you have booked, we will contact you with a few suggested dates and a trainer.
2. You will then receive an online invitation to the training course
3. The training is individual for you 1:1 with your trainer, feel free to prepare yourself and ask questions at the end
4. The session takes place online, so you will need a smartphone or PC to take part
